Our approach
Scandi Brokers DXB was founded by Victor and Marcus — two Scandinavians who relocated to Dubai and built the kind of agency they wished they had found here: calm, photography-led, and devoted to design.
We bring a Northern European sense of restraint to a city that rewards exactness. Our portfolio is intentionally small. Every home we represent has been visited, considered, and chosen because it stands on its own.
We work with private clients across Palm Jumeirah, Downtown, Emirates Hills, Al Barari and the wider city — including a number of properties never made public.

Scandinavian-raised and Dubai-based, Victor leads private sales and represents a number of off-market homes across Palm Jumeirah and Emirates Hills.
Marcus
Co-founder · Broker
Marcus oversees the firm's design-led portfolio in Downtown, DIFC and Al Barari, and works closely with international clients relocating to the Emirates.
